Scientific modelling problem - results page

Hi all

I am a risk analyst having a bit of a problem setting up a model for
risk analysis on animal diseases. Hopefully this question is not to
complex. Hopefully a kind soul will help me out.

I have to analyse data from a number of diseases that have differen
risk factors associated with them. To analyse the risk i have to ente
this data into a series of fairly complicated equations.

As each disease must be analysed in the same way (using the sam
equations) i have compiled all the equations on one sheet, that i cal
the "calculations page". I dont want to have more than 1 calculation
page, as there are a large number of diseases, and i will have to alte
the equations down the track. (if i had a seperate calcultation set fo
each disease, changes will be a nightmare).

I am storing all the risk factor data for each disease in a table o
another sheet, and I am then using a LOOKUP table to transfer data fro
this sheet to the calculations page.

I am using a list box on the calculations page to toggle data from
disease to another. The computer then whirs and it churns out a nic
answer for me at the bottom of the calculations page. This informatio
can be linked to display that 1 result back onto my data page - (se
picture below)

Unfortunately when i toggle from 1 disease to another, i dont know ho
to link the results back to my results page, with a reference th
disease being used to suply the data. I can link it back, but only fo
the last disease risk i calculated. Is there any way that i can link
result from a calculation to the data being sourced?

Will i need to use a macro???

I have attached a simplified picture for your reference.

Any help is appreciated.
