Scorecard Accelerator should synchronize general elements mutatio.

At this time the general elements of the scorecard accelerator builder are
like a copy machine. Changes made in the original element has no effect on
the copied one. I think microsoft can improve this. Does anyone know if
there's a update to be released shortly.
