Scrambled Drawing When Using "Send To Microsoft Office Word"

I am a newcomer to OneNote. I made a drawing in a Section which has
multiple objects. When I used the command File/Send To/Microsoft Office
Word, the drawing in the resultant Word document had the objects scattered
and no longer assembled into my drawing. Same result when I used Publish
Pages to Microsoft Word Document. Similar unassembled result when using
Copy/Paste to Word document. Would appreciate advice as to how to get my
OneNote drawing over into a Word document. Thanks.

My suggestion: Instead of trying to send it as a note, send it as a drawing.
Take a screen shot of it and paste that into Word. You can do this with your
print screen button (the painful way), with OneNote's screen clipping tool
(see note below), or by using SnagIt from TechSmith.

If you want to use OneNote's screen clipping, you need to open two OneNote
windows (use control - m to open the second one), then insert screen
clipping. The top instance of OneNote will disappear and you can use the
second copy to take the clip of your drawing. The drawing will end up on
your notes page - just undo that. Now go to Word and paste the screen
clipping where you need it.

Thanks very much; your suggestion worked for me. After reading your post, I
also found that I could use Vista's 'Snipping Tool' to take the clip, copy
it, and paste it into my Word document.
