Scrapbook Categories

Hi

I've come across a small problem with Word for Mac 2008. I'm a great fan of
the Scrapbook and after installing "2008" I deleted those default
categories, in fact only leaving one which I renamed. I now want to add
more categories and I find I can't

Clicking on "New" in the Edit Categories dialogue box has no effect.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

If not, I'd be better off with all the default categories because then I
can just rename them and have more than just one as I have at present.

Is there perhaps a preference file somewhere that I could just delete to
return me to the default categories?

Categories are created in Entourage. Launch Entourage and click on
Edit>Categories>Edit Categories to create new ones with your preferred
colour label.
