Scraping Old Computer and License

I plan to purchase a new computer and totally scrap the
computer I am using. How do I disable the license so that
I can install transfer Office Professional 2003 on the new
computer?

When prompted to activate, you can try the Internet method. If this gives
you the message that it has already been activated, use the telephone
method.
