screen capture

I am trying to use screen capture (or something similiar)
to copy a window into a word document in windows xp. Is
there a command to accomplish this? I cant seem to find
any info on this. PLEASE HELP!!!

Use Print Screen to capture the entire window. Use Alt+Print Screen to
capture only the active window. You might want to edit it in Paint or
another image program to get the exact results that you want.
