Screen Clip feature stopped working

I love this program and use the screen clip option contantly. A few days
ago, the option stopped working for me :( . When I choose the windows key +
S nothing happens anymore. How can I get this fixed?

Did something else take over the keyboard shortcut maybe? Does it still work
from the toolbar?

By the way, and I don't work for TechSmith but sometimes it sounds like I
do, you should really check out SnagIt if you like the screen clipping
feature. SnagIt has a feature to output to OneNote and it's one of the first
3 apps I install on any new PC :)

I have found the answer from another resource. You have to make sure that
the OneNote icon shows in the windows task bar. If not, in OneNote go to
Tools  Options  Other and check “place OneNote icon in notification area of
taskbar.â€

I just bought OneNotes 2007 yesterday and I can't get the screen clip feature
to work. Do you press the Windows key, then the + key, then the capital S?
Or just the Windows key then the S? Seems like it would be simpler to have
Internet Explorer have an icon at the top of the screen for this feature.

Or just the Windows key then the S?

That's correct.

You don't press the plus key ("+") at all.

Same on my side!
