Screen Clip Not Capturing URL?

I am using IE7 and from what I understand it should be including the URL of
the site that a screen capture is from in the annotation underneath. I am
only getting the date and time, not the URL. Does anybody know why this would
be happening? I know that the URL doesn't capture with Firefox, but it's not
working in IE either.

Tools /options/Editing There is an option to include links from the
internet. Is it unchecked?

Problem solved. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work before, but I restarted my
computer and now it works.
