Screen Clipping not capturing the hyperlink

Up until this morning, whenever I captured a screen clipping to a side note,
I would get a caption below the clipping which included the date, title and
hyperlink to the page that the clipping was copied from.

Suddenly all I'm getting is the date. How do I set it so the caption
includes the hyperlink again.
