Screen Clipping Problem

P

PT

Suppose I open a web page whose content occupies more than one screen. As
an example, let's say it's text and viewing it would require me to scroll
down to view the entire material

When I press Windows-S, I seem only to be able to capture what shows on the
screen. In other words, the portion just off the screen which can't be seen
at this point, doesn't get captured.

Is there an easy way to capture the entire page of material?

One option is to use the "print to OneNote" printer driver, which will
capture the entire page. I also remember seeing an addin somewhere a
while ago that would create a single image of the entire page and send
it to OneNote (sorry, can't seem to find the link right now).

In addition to what Ilya said, another option is to get SnagIt. SnagIt is a
professional screen capture tool that really should be on every computer.
One of its many features is the ability to scroll a window or region and
"stitch" the clippings together into one large image.

I don't represent TechSmith Corporation, but I am a huge fan of their
software.

Follow Josh's advice and get SnagIt.
It has the feature of capturing scrolling windows.
