Screen Clipping selection area

Apologies if this question has been asked a million times before but is it
possible to extend the area of a screen clipping beyond what's visible on
screen?

I use Screen Clipping a lot but often have to break down a web page into a
series of blocks and try to match them up later in ON. If there was a way to
scroll down the screen to enlarge the clip that would be fantastic.

Not really, no.

If you use OneNote 2007, you could print the web page (or the selected part
of it) into OneNote, instead of doing the screen clipping.
