Screen clipping shows only black

Whenever I do a screen clip it shows a black box instead of the area that I
clipped. I am running 3 monitors, 2 of them on an nvidia fx5500 dual, the
other on the builtin intel xtreme graphics card.

I'm guessing that this has to do with the video driver not sending the
correct data to Windows Clipboard. Does it do the same regardless of
which monitor you clip from (I.e. one connected to nvidia or one
connected to intel)?

It shows the black box when clipping from any of the 3 screens.. I can do a
screen capture from Irfanview and the data is accurate. Any other ideas to
try?

Just use a different screen clipping program, I guess. This is the kind
of thing that really isn't worth wasting too much time on.

Unless this is the program you want to use..
