Screen Clipping won't work

Hi! I used to have no problem taking a screen clipping by pressing the
Windows Key and S together. Now, I get no response from One Note when I do
this. I can't find help on this anywhere, I'm concerned that I might have
deleted the file that would enable this or blocked it somehow... but I have
no idea! Has anyone else experienced this problem?

From the menu run Help-Office Diagnostics.

If that does not work or provide useful feedback, from the Control Panel Add
or Remove Programs (XP) or Programs/Programs & Features (Vista) select the
Microsoft Office OneNote item and click Change, then select and run the
Repair option

Do you have the ON-icon in the "Notification Area" (formerly called
TaskTray/SysTray) if the TaskBar??

If so: Right mouse-click, select "Create Screen Clipping".
Dies that work?

In case the icon should it be there: Activate the feature via "Tools |
Options | Other"
