Screen flashes

Weird issue here - on some slides when I insert certain elements - say
a black box with 60% fade - the actual image starts to flash/pulse -
can do this for up to a minute and thenit settles down?!!!


Any ideas anyone?

Hi,

My bet is that it is some sort of graphic that is grouped from multiple
objects, or a vector image mucking up. Can you right click on it and select
ungroup? Will that bust it up into multiple objets, even after allowing it
to turn into an Office drawing?

One thing to try is to copy it and paste back as an image... say png. Then
see if that one flashed.
