Screen "Flicker"

I have a MainReport with a SubReport1.
SubReport1 has a SubReport2.

The report is perfect and looks nice. However, when I Preview the report,
the screen "flickers" six times, with the outline of a blank report.

What is this "flicker" and how can I stop it?

Oh, I found it. I am using DoCmd.Maximize on each of the three reports. I
removed it from the two subreports and all is well.
Sorry I took up the space here.
