When I produce a PDF from an Excel 2003 worksheet table, I get a message
saying that "the screen font for Arial MT is missing".
Therefore, when I place that PDF as a graphic into a layout program such as
Quark X Press the content of the worksheet looks terribly in the screen(fonts
loogs jaggy and horrible) alghough it prints perfect.
I am thinking that because the spreadsheet was created years ago (probably
when postcript font Type 1 were used) but still being used because the data
was used as a base for figures that changed over the year, year after year to
date.
What can be done? I have been looking for Type 1 screen fonts to see if I
can reinstall them (Arial MT) but I can not find them.
If someone can suggest a way of overcoming this problem I will appreciate
their help.
Many, many thanks in advance
