Screen Jumps when trying to Double click/ Edit cells or Page Breaks

I am running Excel 11.1 on a Powerbokk G4
In Page Break View
I have a Table that is about 400 or so rows, I am continually adding
and deleting rows.
When i Double click, copy, paste, insert or delete any cells or rows or
try to move a pagebreak the screen jumps/scrolls up like 50 rows...
I tried to copy the table into another worksheet and it works for a
little while but eventually the problem comes back.
Any ideas on why this happens?
Thanks
Brad

Not certain that this is applicable as I haven't experienced those
problem(s), but the 11.2 update seems to have fixed a lot of 'inappropriate'
behaviors.

Alternatively, and just to eliminate the easy stuff, are you absolutely
certain you aren't accidentally double-clicking the cell border? That
will make the cell jump to the end of a block of used cells.

I am sure about the double clicking because it also happens when i
copy/paste or insert or change cells also. I will try the update and
see if that takes care of it... Thanks
