I am currently using Windows XP as my operating system and the computer is
setup to log on when it starts up. Is there anyway to take a Print screen of
that and then paste it into word after I log on. When I hit the Print Scrn
button before I log on, then log on and open Word there is nothing to paste.
Is there some other way i can get a print screen of this? Any help would be
great. Thanks in advance.

You may get a better answer in a Windows XP OS newsgroup.

I am not sure that the print screen function will work at the point you are
trying. If it does, then the image you want to capture, must be displayed
when you press Print Screen or Alt-Print Screen. You may want to consider
disabling auto logon to capture your image.

With the auto logon enabled, you may be able to capture the image using a
video camera. Then save the frame using a video editing program.
