Screen shots in a Word document--they don't print but text does??

I have a manual that I've typed, including screen shots of the system...when
I print to a desktop or network printer the images do not print. Also I've
printed to "win2pdf" to make that file a PDF file and the images are not in
the new pdf file.

I can have another user print the document and it works fine. Any
suggestions?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print | check the "Drawing
objects" box | OK.
