Screen tips are lost in html

When I published my file to html, my screen tips were lost. Can anyone tell
me how I can add screen tips to my html file from the vsd file? I was able to
edit the erronious screen tip dynamically created in the html file, but there
must be an easier way (e.g., edit this in the vsd).
