screen trembe

Hi,
I'm developing an application. I’ve designed a form from a table with several
records. When a pass, from a record to another the screen of the application
start to tremble. I would like to know what can cause this to happen, please.

A bad video card? Not enough memory?

Don't know of anything in ACCESS that can cause this.
