Screenshot is large

I want to be able to paste two screenshots per Word page. Sometimes I am
successful sometimes I am not. There are times one screenshot is so big, it
goes off the page. Why is it? And how do I correct this so that I may fit
two screenshots per page? Thank you in advance for any help.

Try creating a table with fixed cell size and pasting your graphics into the
cells.

Paste the screenshot into a graphic editor. Set the finished size and
resolution you want to end up with in Word. Save as a graphic file. Import
that into Word. It's a little more work up front, but you get a better
result and it saves you time in the long run.

Another option:
Iinsert the picture into word.
Select the picture, then select square in the picture toolbar.
Select Format>Picture>Size, in the height dialog box select 4". Ensure the
Lock Aspect ratio box is checked. Click on Ok.
You will now get a picture that is 4" x 5.33". Two of these will fit very
nice on a 8.5 x 11 page.
