Screentip format in Word 2003

In Word 2003 - (1) How can I format (font, size, color, shape) a screentip?
(2) Is there a way to control the length of time the screentip appears when
the cursor hovers over it? Mine doesn't display as long as I'd like even
though I don't touch the mouse. Thanks!

AFAIK, neither the appearance nor the behavior of ScreenTips can be
modified.
