I just got a new computer with Excel 2002. When working
with a spreadsheet, there are no screentips provided with
scroll box movements. On the vertical scroll, they should
show row data; on the horizontal, they should show column
data. No screentips appear. Only the screentips on the
standard tool bar which are for different functions. Can
someone tell me if they have them with their Excel 2002
or is there a bug that has removed their display?
