Screwed up page names

My web site is www.rcscapital.com. I have an eight page document I've put
together with Publisher 2003. I want the page names to be as follows:

www.rcscapital.com/index.htm
www.rcscapital.com/about_us.htm
www.rcscapital.com/library.htm
www.rcscapital.com/smart_investing.htm

....and so on. However, Publisher will not let me do this, no matter how
hard I try. Do you have any suggestions?

You can't do exactly that with 2003. If you use the sub-folder option that's
the closest you get - it'll look like
blahblah.com/index_files/about_us.htm
If you turn the sub-folder off you'll get something like
blahblah.com/index_files_about_us.htm

to put my web site together that would name it the way I want?
