Script Editor disabled

My infopath's programming submenu is all disabled and i cannot open
the script editor for writing code.

I am using infopath 2003.
Trying to repair installation or reinstalling did not help.

I also have infopath installed on a a different machine. On this
machine the script editor is trying to open but crashes. In this case
again - reinstalling or reparing did not do any good

In Add/Remove programs go to change installation for infopath and make
sure the optional .Net Programability package is selected. Hope that
helps.
