Script Editor is removing a banner from the script, automatically?

Word 2002 is my html editor. When I wish to change information, I use the
word editor but it automatically removes a banner, that should always exists,
when I go into word. The script is correct as long as I don't open it in word.

Can anyone help me with the problem? My OS is XP sp 2 with XP Office.
