script editor not open

Hi all,

in form design mode , unable to open script editor of outlook 2003
When I click form/view code menu , i get a message like "This feature does
not install.The operation completed succesfully".


Conf:
Office 2003 /SP2
OS:Windows 2003 ent. server /SP1
