Script Error When Newsreader Opened

With Outlook Express 6.00.2900.2096 and Outlook 2002 SP3
installed over Windows XP SP2, the following pop-up
appears every time I click Outlook's View | Go To | News.

Internet Explorer Script Error
An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Code: 0
URL: res://C:\Program Files\Outlook
Express\msoeres.dll/frntnews.htm

A search of my computer files turns up msoeres.dll but it
does NOT find frntnews.htm.

What action(s) will correct the problem causing this
error? TIA
