script error when printing email message

I am trying to print an email message and get the following error message:

"An error has occured in the script on this page
Line: 248
Char: 1
Error: Library not registered
Code: 0
URL: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? Yes or No"

I've chosen both yes and no but nothing happened.

What do I need to do in order to print this email?
