Script error when printing HTML messages

Chris Rickman

I have two client machines that are getting a script error when they print
any HTML email message. All of the other clients are printing fine. I have
reinstalled Outlook 2003 and also Internet Explorer. The problem just
started a few days ago. Prior to that, emails printed just fine. Can anyone
help?

There are a number of these "script error" printing issues, the exact fix
depends on the "Line Number" listed in the error message. Please post the
line number.

Click 'Start|Run' and enter the following:

regsvr32 ole32.dll

Click OK. This usually solves the 1343 error.

That error comes from Internet Explorer 7 beta 3 and the only fix currently
available is to remove IE7.

Think I just figured it out.

Spent 3 weeks trying to resolve this, we have Zebra label printers, when
these are set as default printers, this script error pops up when printing
HTML e-mails. Set the regular printer as the default and it works fine.
