In Office 2004, could a script be developed for Entourage Rules to EITHER:

1. Alphabetically sort rules. (What would be great would be a toggling of a
Rules preference between sorting by priority or sorting alphabetically.)

OR

2. Make it possible for command-f to search rules just as you can search
Notes, Messages, Tasks, etc.?

No. Rules aren't scriptable. Nor is the Rules window.
OR

Notes, Messages, Tasks, etc.?

No.
