Script To Copy and Run Access DB

I am developing database programs for various groups. As I make changes to
the front-end, I will copy an updated version to a shared drive. The
respective group will manually copy and paste the updated version to their
desktop.

I would like to use a script on their desktops to perform this function. I
need to copy DB1.mdb from the folder on the shared drive, Z:\Folder1\ to
their desktop.

How do I do that?
