Script to copy shortcut to desktop

I am using the Package Wizard to deploy a demo of an Access 2002 application.
I would like to run a batch file after the installation to copy a shortcut
to the desktop.

Can anyone provide the script to perform this operation? I have been unable
to find the syntax after searching for two days.

you cant do this with microsoft access 2003.

you must upgrade to microsoft access 2004:
