Scripting a change in "Drop Down List Box" Conditional Format

I have a drop down list box in which I want to use Jscript to change the
conditional format. I am fairly familiar with InfoPath and Jscript but I am
not sure of when or where to use the Current() command when selecting a
single node. Will the Drop Down List Box be a single Node?

The Drop Down List Box is in a repeating section and I know when I change
the conditional format for one, ALL repeating sections will adopt the same
change.
