Scripts behind an Outlook form not working

I have several Outlook forms behind which are scripts. The scripts capture
the information in the fields on the forms sent to me and paste the
information into an Access database when I click a button on the form. I had
to rebuild my workstation and the scripts stopped working. I forget how I
got them to work to begin with. I'm sure it was by installing some provider
on the workstation that I now don't have. I have the "macro" security on my
outlook wide open.

Any suggestions?

Copy the outlvbs.dll to the machine under c:\profile files\microsoft
office\Outllook10\.

I am not an expert, but this solve my problem.
