Scroll a long form

How can I scroll a long form up and down?. The mouse wheel navigates through the recordset and screws up the usefulness of the form. Seems to me that this did not used to happen in the past. Access 2003 XPsp2 MS Comfort Optical Mouse, Intellipoint software. Ive have Freewheel installed but it cannot control this behavior.
