Scroll bar - change color

Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone is blessed. Can anyone tell me how to change the color of
the scroll bar of IE in FP2003? I've seen some websites with different
color scroll bar(the bar on the far right of screen) along with the Up/Down
buttons at top and bottom of scroll bar. I'd like to chage it for our
website to match the theme/template. Thanks!

http://www.harmonyhollow.net Very convenient scrollbar software. But...
installing their software will also automatically install SaveNow, an
adware. It won't hurt your computer, but it will keep finding bargains for
you. If you don't want SaveNow, you can remove it with the Windows control
panel. (It's not cheating. The SaveNow website tells you how to do it.)
