Scroll bar in Outlook 2003

I'm having this problem in Outlook 2003 - when I look at
a mail in the preview pane or even open up a mail. If I
try to go down a page by clicking on the scroll bar, it
actually goes down 2 pages. The only way I seem to be
able to scroll is through manually scrolling...

I don't have this problem with the latest Excel or
Word... it just seems to be in Outlook and Internet
Explorer.

Any suggestions?

Sorry about that-- This problem was introduced in an IE patch late last
year. It will be fixed in an upcoming IE patch. Keep an eye on
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
