Scroll bar locks up in database window

Hi,

Access 2003 running under Windows XP Pro SP2. If I open a form from the
database window (in either mode) and then close it the scroll bar locks up in
the database window. Work-around is to select another object type (say
queries) and then return to forms when the scroll bar is freed up.

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a fix? It's not terminal, just
very, very annoying.
