Scroll bars for Publisher 2003 text boxes

I'm just learning how to use Publisher 2003 for creating a web site. I would
like to add vertical scroll bars to text boxes. The best example of what I'm
trying to accomplish are the subject and reply boxes used in this forum.

Is what I want to do possible? Or do I need another web site authoring
program? I would prefer to use Publisher 2003 as I already have the program,
and I'm not looking to create overly sophisticated web sites.

Publisher a DTP that you can use to build simple, static websites, and this
is not supported. You might be able to find some script that you could use
with the Insert HTML code fragment feature, but you might also be better off
using something like FrontPage to build your site.

Thanks for the response, and you confirmed what I suspected. I can hope
that Microsquish will add that feature to future versions of Publisher. I
looked at the Frontpage demo on the web site, and it's far more power than I
need at this time.
