Scroll bars in web pages in Word

I have created a series of web pages in Word XP and a master frames page.
How can I get single scroll bar on the right side to scroll the entire page
(with all frames) together? Each frame has an option for a scroll bar to be
available Always | Never | When Needed, but that scrolls only the content of
the single frame. I want one for the whole page together.

Thanks for any help!

Surely the browser provides that function?

No, neither Internet Explorer nor Mozilla Firefox has an option that I can
find to show or hide a vertical scroll bar when there is more content than
shows on the initial screen.

So far as I can tell, Frames in Word can be scrolled individually, but there
is no way I can find to apply the function of a single vertical scroll bar to
all the frames on the page. You can make a single, non-scrollable TOC column
on the left column and a scrollable main column, but if you have more frames
than that, their scrolling cannot be controlled with a single scroll bar.

If that is not accurate, please update me.

It doesn't have the option - it is always present if there is more on the
page than the browser screen can display.

For me, it is present EXCEPT when I view a web page I've created in Word.

Here is a very simple way to reproduce my problem. Please tell me if this
is strange behavior, and if so then how to fix it:

1. Create a web page -- doesn't matter whether you use the web page wizard
or use click "New Web Page."

2. Ensure you have more than one screen's worth of material in your main
frame, and choose the frame option to show a scroll bar.

3. Click "New Frame Right" and paste into that frame more content than will
fit on a single screen. Again, choose the scroll bar option for this frame.

Check in both Word and in Internet Explorer to see if there is a way to have
a single vertical scroll bar scroll these two frames scroll together. I
believe there is not.
