Scroll Bars

I just installed Office 2003. A spreadsheet which I used to use
in Excel 95 has the same problem it had there--both the
horizontal and vertical scroll bars are missing.

If I go to Tools | Options, Excel is set to show both scroll
bars. I tried turning off those choices, closing Excel, and
resetting the options, but that didn't work.

Anyone know what might be wrong and what I should do to fix it?

I've never seen this (through xl2002). Is there any chance your window is just
off the visible viewable screen.

Maybe window|Arrange|tiled and resize
or maximize the application

Switching to Window | Arrange | Horizontal fixed it. Not quite
what you said, but you pointed me in the right direction. Thank
very much.
