scroll bars

Hello....
In MSP 03, I have done something that causes the horizontal scroll bar to
disappear when I "remove split window" ... tools/options/scroll bars is
checked.

Hi Mike...
SP3 is installed
03 opens without the horizontal scroll bar
Projects are ok on other PCs
Was trying to avoid reinstallation...am I out of luck?

You could try first try Help/Detect and Repair. If that doesn't work then a
re-installation of 2003 is no real problem.
