We have a user who, recently started using Word (from
WP). She indicates that now her scroll bar isn't working
as usual. Typically, you can click on the ?? (not sure
what you call it) and drag it up and down the scroll bar
and the Word document will move up and down as you drag
the ??. She indicates that her documents don't scroll as
she drags UNTIL she releases the ?? at some point in the
scroll bar. Then the page "jumps" to that location. She
indicates that this acts a lot like scrolling in a PDF
file.
She uses lots of shortcuts and fears she accidently
created this change...but I can't find any reference to
changing how a Word document scrolls.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
