Scroll on downloaded document

I downloaded a document onto my computer for a class and the word window
does not have a scroll bar. I am unable to even "arrow" down the page to
view the remaining pages. I need help viewing the other pages bellow the one
that is being displayed.

I'm sure somebody will be glad to help if they can but you need to provide
some much more specific information to make that happen:

What version of Word?
What version of OS X - are you even on a Mac (this is a Mac newsgroup)?
Where did you download from? How?
What version of Word created it - Is it even a Word document?
What is the nature of the content? Are you sure there are more pages?
Have you checked Word> Preferences> View to make sure there's a check in the
box for Vertical Scrollbar?
Does Page Down work?

We have nothing to go on other than what you describe and there are any
number of variables that are completely lacking from your message. Please
provide as much accurate & specific info as possible.
