Scroll two frames?

B

Baffin Shea

Dear All,

I have built a webpage (www25.brinkster.com/emperortennis) with two frames,
left and right. There is a scroll bar for the right frame. Now I can only
move the right page up and down with the scroll bar. I am going to put more
menu options in the left frame so it will not have enough space to show all
information. Is it possible to move the left and right pages together with
the right scroll bar instead of adding another scroll bar for the left
frame?

Thanks for help.

Regards,
Baffin

Yes, simply put remove the frames, you won't need them.

Dear Simon,

First of all, thanks for your response.

Your suggestion is great, I have the same idea before. By the way, I am
thinking to make everything easier. If I put everything from the two frame
into one, and there are more than 10 pages in my website, I have to repeat
every modification details more than 10 times even I just want to make a
minor change. That's why I am curious if there is a smart way to do that.

Baffin

I would do an Include Page.

Insert > Component > Include Page...

If you include the page with the links on each of your pages, you only have
to update the 'included' page and upload the pages that it's included on -
meaning you have to update only once.

I use it on my site: http://www.ukrollercoasters.co.uk/phantommanor_main.htm

For example, if I add another ride to the column on the right, I just open
one page, change it, and then upload all the pages that have those links on.
