Scroll Up and Down

I am running Office 2007 Home and Student edition on XP Pro SP2. My
computer is IBM ThinkPad T42.

After upgrading my Office 2003 to 2007, the scroll up and down functions
have not been working on Word, Excel and Outlook. It is so interesting that
it works with external mouse. I have tried to update the track point /
track pad driver, but no luck. It is not convenient for scrolling up and
down pages with multiple clicks on the Windows arrows. Does anybody have
clue to restore the scrolling function?

No, I think it may not be due to ThinkPad because it worked in Office 2003.

Interesting, I just upgraded to Standard 2007 & my mouse wheel no longer
scrolls (Word & Excel so far) as it had previously . Kept 2003 installed
also, just in case. So far I'm glad I did because still finding things that
don't work ( like mouse wheel ).
I'll watch here for clues... I would think all those fuctions wouldn't be
version dependant.
