Scroll up to see tabs on a form with subforms

I have a form with Tabs (10) Each time I click on a tab, the form on the tab
is displayed, however I have to mannually scroll up to see the tabs again.

Is there a way so the tabs are always displayed??

Make sure that the first control on any give tab to receive focus is near the
top of the form, not lower down. Of course, having the tabbed control so long
that you ever have to scroll up to see the top is poor design. The end users
really shouldn't have to do this.

Figured it out based on a prior post. make sure border on sub forms are
large enough. I put them at 11.5" down
