I have an issue with the Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 3000. The scroll
wheel works with most programs. It doesn't work with the time drop down in
the Outlook calendar/task scheduling. It also doesn't work in a proprietary
database application.
Outlook version is 2003 with SP2 and all office updates applied. The PC is
a Dell Latitude D510.
I upgraded the ALPS touch pad to the latest driver. When using the scroll
on the touch pad, the scroll feature works fine for everything. I
uninstalled Intellipoint, downloaded the latest version and installed. I
tried disabling the touch pad when the USB mouse is connected.
Nothing seems to resolve this issue.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks. David
